Studio Policy //
- Lessons are structured to reserve a consistent weekly slot for each student.
- During the school year (SEPT - MAY) missed lessons must be made-up at a future date.
- Studio Vacation: Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, Summer Break
- Scheduling and payment for lessons occurs on a monthly basis after the invoice has been sent.
Make-up Policy //
- If a scheduled lesson needs to be canceled, please inform the studio at least 24 hrs in advance via email.
- Same-day cancellations cannot be made up unless there is a legitimate reason for absence (illness, family emergency).
- I ask that the missed lesson is rescheduled and made-up ASAP, within the current or next pay period.
- Make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled.
- Lesson fees cannot be prorated or rolled-over to the following pay period.
- Once lessons are paid for they are non-refundable, however, the opportunity to make-up missed lessons is always open.
- The studio will be open for make-up lessons on Saturdays periodically.
- Please refer to the studio's calendar to find an open make-up slot.
- Email or Text the studio to schedule and confirm the make-up lesson.
